I recently bought these big brown feather eyelashes from a vintage type store…and I want to use them in this year’s halloween costume, but i’m not sure what costume would require them. I am trying to think of a "homemade" halloween costume…I am a 15yr old girl and I want to be a rock star…what should I wear though?
