I adore Halloween but I have to wonder can you be over the top when dressing up? Or would it just be better to play it safe? I’m just curious because I have an up coming costume party and now I’m second guessing myself. (And if your wondering what I’m planning I’ll be dressed in a black corset, long black skirt, and rose colored cloak) over the top or just right?
