I am looking for a Halloween Costume. I live in Kewanee Illinois so I am looking for a place nearby to get it. I am trying to find the good witch from the wizard of oz. If anyone know of any costumes stores etc, nearby (Moline, Rock Island, Peoria IL. or Bettendorf, Davenport IA. etc. let me know! thanks.

I dunno how big or small of one you are looking for, but if it’s a child or someone who could fit in a child’s size – KMart had some decent looking Glinda costumes for fairly cheap in the kids section. They may have adult ones, too, but I didn’t look on that aisle.
Do you have KMarts in Illinois? If so, I’d give it a try before I paid $$$$ for one at a costume shop.
I’d try ebay then use advanced search to find vendors near your zip code
Party City all the way.
