I saw a video on AFV with a family dressed like glow-in-the-dark stick people. I thought it was great, and my son and I both want to wear costumes like that for Halloween.
I went to AFV site and searched elsewhere, but I can’t find the video I saw. I don’t want to use glow-in-the-dark or reflective tape if I make our costumes. In the video, the "sticks" looked like continuous light tubing.
Can anyone help me with these costumes?

It looks like they’ve gone to the dollar store and gotten the packets of neon necklaces and bracelets. They come in packs of around 10 or 6 to a package I think. They have little plastic connectors so you can make them as long as you like.
I would guess that you would wear black sweats and maybe one of those black death hoods that have a black mesh over your face, so that you can see out but others can’t see you. They must have sewed, tied or glued the tubes onto their outfits. (If you used bread ties you could just punch a hole through the clothing. You would need to wear something else underneath so you didn’t get scratched by the twist ties, if you decided to go that route.) The hat looks freeform, kind of like balloon animals only with light sticks. They are very cute. I hope it works out. The dollar store sticks go fast so my advice would be to get them now.
Edit: I just paused the video when they get out of the car and it looks like they don’t have anything on their faces. It seems as if they are just wearing hoodies with the hoods up. Nice and warm if you’re out trick or treating.
